Sometimes we try to find excuses to not work out whether it is the fact that we have too much homework or lack of time to saying that we don’t have a gym membership etc. No matter how many excuses we come up with all of these have solutions. Today I introduce you to a simple thing that can make a big difference…the JUMP ROPE!
Did you know that 10 minutes of jumping rope is roughly equivalent to running an 8-minute mile. Jumping rope not only workouts the whole body but it’s also inexpensive and you can do it anywhere. You can find a jump rope at Wal-Mart, Target, or any sporting goods store. The best thing about it is that you can take it anywhere with you even on your family trips you can still jump. Remember girls rain or shine JUMP!
